High Cookie as the name suggests is a story about the cookie that is making people go high as drugs. There is a school where these cookies are circulated among students and the consumers are students. Some students are buying these cookies to perform well in their studies and some want to do good in other areas. The distributors are also students. Because of this, a student died and the police are now investigating in school. Choi Min Young (Jung Da Bin) is one of the students who is circulating these cookies and when the girl was dying, she was present at the moment.
